When we launched the With You in the Weeds podcast, we decided to start with the most foundational concerns we see with our clients: their distressing emotions. That’s why our inaugural series is called Managing Your Emotions. Our desire is to specifically address what emotions are, how they work, and how you can manage them in your daily life.
So if managing your emotions is something that interests you, then you’re in the right place! Emotional awareness helps you communicate better, resolve conflict more easily, be more productive, and have healthier relationships. Here is a list of all the episodes in our series covering the primary emotions of Anxiety, Depression, Sadness, Grief, Anger, Guilt & Shame. We recommend listening to them in order, but if a topic catches your attention, start there!
